Refund Policy for classes: More than 2 weeks prior to class 75%, 13 days to 8 days before class 50%, 7 days or less 25%, no show to class no refund. We have this policy in place because once booked we can not easily put in a new dog if someone backs out, and after the class starts we can't add any dogs. Classes are limited to no more than 12 dogs in Poway and 6 dogs in Ramona.
